in Roppongi, Tokyo
Benjamin Prelvukaj, who was the manager of Peter Luger Steak House, a long-established steakhouse in Brooklyn since 1887, and Arturo Mcleod, a veteran chef for more than 20 years, teamed up to open Benjamin Steakhouse in New York.
We planned the Japan opening of this famous steakhouse, which attracts celebrities from all over the world, and launched it in Roppongi, Tokyo in June 2017. The restaurant is fully equipped with an aging room and offers customers carefully selected aged meats using Chef Arturo Mcleod’s top-secret dry aging method.
